City Property Available for Lease

The City of Mountain View is marketing a 1.5-acre downtown property, identified as Lot 12, for a long-term ground lease and development of a primarily below market rate housing development.  Some market rate housing would also be allowed, along with some ground floor retail.  The property is being marketed through an open and competitive Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP) process.  A link to the recently released RFQ can be found here.
