COVID-19 UpdateFor information regarding concerts at the Amphitheatre, please e-mail shorelineboxoffice@livenation.com The 4th of July Fireworks event is cancelledCancelled Shows: Fans have 30 days to decide if they would like 150% of their total value purchase in concert cash that can be used for any Live Nation owned venue until the end of the 2022 concert season, or they can choose a full refund on the card used for purchase. If no decision is made after 30 days they will be refunded automatically to the card.
Rescheduled Show: If a show is rescheduled, the fan will have 30 days to request a refund of their full purchase. Once 30 days has past from the announced reschedule, we will assume the fan still wants their tickets and will attend the new date.
Postponed Show: If a show is listed as TBD, if we do not have a date secured within 60 days of the TBD announcement fan can have a full refund back to card. Once the new date is announce the 30 day window for rescheduled shows will open.
All Box Office purchases must be returned at the Box Office, fans will have a full 30 days once we open the Box Office after the Shelter in Place is lifted by local government for any of the issues above. There is no option for concert cash for tickets purchased at the box office.

The box office is located at Shoreline Amphitheatre and is open May-October.
All tickets can be purchased via www.livenation.com or over the phone through Ticketmaster.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash or Credit card with valid photo ID
Normal Box Office Hours (May-October)
Monday-Friday 12:00pm-5:00pm ($6.00 fee), Sat 10:00am- 2:00pm (no service fee)
Day of Show Box Office Hours
Sunday-Friday 12:00pm-Show time, Saturday 10:00am-Show time

TO PURCHASE PRESALE TICKETS
You must bring a valid California driver’s license, and another item showing your Mountain View address such as current utility bill, school or tax records.
Please note everyone will need to have a new Resident Card created for the 2020 season. They will need to bring a photo i.d. AND a current utility bill in order to receive a new card. Cards made last year do not count as proof of residency.
