As a resource to our community, it is our goal to provide exceptional customer service to the Mayor, City Council, City staff, and the general public. We strive to ensure that our legislative process is transparent and accessible, and that as the custodian of records for the City, we maintain accurate documentation and information.

Our team is also responsible for processing the City Council Agenda material, administering the election process, managing the Fair Political Practice Commission's campaign finance disclosure filings and Statement of Economic Interests forms, coordinating public records requests, and processing board and commission applications for appointments.

City Clerk Biography

Lisa Natusch has served as Mountain View’s City Clerk since March 2018. Prior to arriving in Mountain View, Lisa worked for the City of Sunnyvale for sixteen years, serving as the Deputy City Clerk for the last nine years. Lisa is a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC).
