Requesting Public Records

Please note: At this time, all non-essential City services are suspended based on the shelter in place order issued by Santa Clara County Department of Public Health. City Hall is currently closed with limited staff working remotely. We will make every effort to review and identify any readily accessible responsive records during this time, however due to severe curtailment of staff resources during this unprecedented situation, there may be a significant delay in processing your request.

If you are submitting a Public Records Act Request please know that due to the City Hall Closure (Dec. 24 to Jan 3, 21) we will promptly respond to your request with a letter of determination at the time we reopen on January 4, 2021. Thank you for your understanding.
