North Bayshore Congestion Pricing

Congestion Pricing is identified in the North Bayshore Precise Plan as a potential future strategy to help meet the gateway trip caps. The feasibility of this strategy was explored as a part of the North Bayshore Circulation Study. A report summarizing the analysis and several technical papers were prepared. In approving the Circulation Study, the City Council agreed to defer further development of a Congestion Pricing program.
