On Saturday, May 16th, 2026, the City of Mountain View's Rent Stabilization Division (Housing Department) co-hosted the fifth annual Summer Kick-off Celebration alongside Pacific Clinics to help the community stay healthy, happy, and housed. Thirty-three local community organizations attended, providing resources and information to over 400 community members. Each table had an art activity for children while their guardians learned about the services and resources provided by the organizations. Various family-friendly activities took place throughout the event, including an art class, story time, face painting, a chalk drawing contest, a fire engine demonstration, performances, and a raffle for STEAM-based activities for kids. Below are some pictures of the event.
