Children must be the required age by September 1 of the school year in which they are registering. The following documents must be submitted at time of registration:

• Completed Class Registration Form (Online or In-Person)
• Copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Copy of the child’s current immunization card/record

Child must be potty trained (no children in diapers or potty training diapers).

A staff member will request a photocopy of the child's birth certificate for all new preschool registrants and a copy of the child's current immunization card for all registrants after registration is complete. Birth certificate and immunization card copies must be received before the first day of class.
