Trees and Wellness

Description: Join Canopy for a discussion of the physical, mental, and community health benefits of the Mountain View urban forest. Participants will enjoy a half-hour interactive presentation, followed by a guided wellness tour amongst the nearby trees of the Mountain View Senior Center and Rengstorff Park with a local certified arborist. 55+ welcome.
