On November 19, 2024, Council approved Octane Fayette LLC’s application requesting a Planned Community Permit, Development Review Permit, Provisional Use Permit, Heritage Tree Removal Permit, and a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to remove six dwelling units and a 6,900 square foot commercial building on a 0.67-acre site to:

• Construct a new seven-story, 70-unit residential condominium development;
• Allow a rooftop deck above the seventh floor;
• Remove nine Heritage trees; and,
• Approve a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to create a single lot for 70 residential condominium units.

Location Description: The 0.67-acre project site is located at 2645-2655 Fayette Drive in the P(40) San Antonio Precise Plan (see Staff Report and Materials – Item 7.1)

The project construction is anticipated to be completed by 2032.
