The City posts required materials under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for projects where environmental review is conducted. The Santa Clara County-Clerk Recorder has an online search tool for documents posted in compliance with the CEQA Guidelines and NEPA Regulations, as well as the State Clearinghouse at CEQANet.
