You can also help reduce energy-related emissions by switching appliances to electric from natural gas, conserving energy at your home, buying greener electricity (when available), and generating renewable energy at your home or business.

Electrify Mountain View - Find personalized recommendations for renters and owners, the impact of each action on your life, rebates, and a marketplace.
PG&E Residential Rebates -Find out which products qualify for a rebate from PG&E. In 2020, these include Energy Star smart thermostats ($50) and Energy Star high-efficiency heat pump water heaters ($300). View current rebate catalog.
PG&E Energy-Efficient Central Heat Pumps - Learn how to save money and reduce your energy usage by installing a high-efficiency electric heat pump.
Switch is On - See available rebates for electric home appliances and find nearby contractors for installation.
Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) FutureFit Rebates - SVCE has up to $8,000 available for single-family and multi-family household customers upgrading from a natural gas to electric appliances.

CaliforniaFIRST- Provides up-front Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water saving improvements to homes and businesses.
Energy Star - Energy efficient products and energy saving tips.
Energy Upgrade California - Home energy efficiency resources and rebates.
PG&E Money and Energy Saving Tips - Learn how to save money and reduce your energy usage at home.
PG&E SmartMeters - SmartMeters are energy meters that help customers reduce their energy usage and receive alerts to save money on their utility bills.
Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) All-Electric Showcase Award - SVCE has created an awards program to showcase existing all-electric buildings that utilize our carbon-free electricity to the fullest extent possible. Recipients received a prize of $3,000.

Bay Area SunShares - An annual group-buy program with discounted solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle options.
PG&E Renewable Energy - Explains the installation process and renewable energy options
Project SunRoof - Online tool that allows users to receive personalized recommendations for solar systems on their home or business and estimate savings.
Silicon Valley Clean Energy - Information about competitive electricity rates for renewable energy, as well as Net Energy Metering for residents with rooftop solar.
Solar Water Heating Rebate - Provides rebates for customers who replace an old water heater with a solar water heater. Solar Water Heaters can reduce water heating bills by as much as 80%

MVgo Shuttle - A free public shuttle that focuses on major employer destinations within the City of Mountain View.
