2026 State of the City
Hosted by the City of Mountain View, the State of the City is scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, May 19.
The 2026 event, which is free and open to the public, will take place at the Mountain View Community Center's Redwood Hall, located at 201 S. Rengstorff Ave.
Join Mayor Emily Ann Ramos as she highlights significant accomplishments over the last year and plans underway for building the Mountain View of tomorrow together.

Program
About the Event
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. At the reception, which gets underway at 5:15 p.m., attendees can learn about the City's volunteer opportunities and enjoy dinner service while quantities last.
The formal part of the program will begin at 6:15 p.m. and conclude by 7:00 p.m.

Parking
Limited parking will be available at the Mountain View Community Center and Senior Center. Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, carpool, or use public transit. For details, view the parking map below.
Interpretation and Child Care Services
Interpretation in Spanish and Chinese is available for attendees.
In addition, the City is providing child care services for children, ages 5 and older, during the event. When filling out the RSVP online, please request child care services and City staff will follow up with more details.

A recording of the State of the City will be shown on Mountain View City Television at the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, May 27 and June 3, 12-1 p.m.
- Friday, May 29 and June 5, 7-8 p.m.
- Saturday, May 30 and June 6: 7-8 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 2 and June 9: 12-1 p.m.
