The City is pleased to release its Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) and FY 2026-27 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) for the following:

  • CDBG ($233,000) & City’s General Fund ($171,000) for public services that serve low- and moderate-income households (first year of two-year funding cycle)

The NOFA application period begins December 6, 2024, and closes January 10, 2025 at 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Complete applications must be submitted by the close of the application period and only through the City’s ZoomGrants portal.

Applications submitted to the City by any other means or format will not be accepted and will be disqualified. Applicants must either attend the mandatory NOFA application pre-submittal webinar (held at 10:00 am on December 13, 2024), or watch the webinar recording linked below prior to submitting the NOFA application.
