Council Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Review Committee 

The City of Mountain View Council Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Review Committee was established to review proposals received through the City’s over-the-counter NOFA for developing affordable housing for extremely low-, very low- and low-income households. Based on the project goals and housing priorities identified in the NOFA, the Committee will evaluate and make a reservation of funding recommendation to the full City Council. The Committee consists of three Council members.  

Meetings 

The NOFA Review Committee meets on an as needed basis; meeting location, time and date are to be determined.
