Mountain View Public Library does not carry paper tax forms, but the information below can assist you in completing your taxes.

Online Tax Assistance

Prepare and file your taxes online for free with assistance from an IRS-certified VITA tax specialist at Getyourrefund.org.

Tax Events at Mountain View Public Library

Free tax preparation help will be available at the Library every Tuesday and Saturday starting Saturday, February 4 through Saturday, April 15. Saturday sessions will run from 10:10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. with walk-ins welcome until 1:30 p.m. or capacity and Tuesday sessions will run from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. with walk-ins welcome until 2 p.m. or capacity.

Walk-ins only, no appointments are required.
