The Finance and Administrative Services Department will be closed on March 1, 2023 from 8:00am – 1:00pm for customer service training. Business needs can be handled as noted below.
Revenue processes billing and revenue collection for the City's water, wastewater, and solid waste utilities; business licenses; transient occupancy tax; utility users tax; property transfer tax; and miscellaneous accounts receivable. All monies and fees due to, or collected by, other City departments are forwarded to this section for deposit to the bank and entry into the City's financial system. In addition, this section is the Finance and Administrative Services Department's primary customer service contact point.
