Update on the City of Mountain View's Response to COVID-19

The City continues to follow the guidance of the Santa Clara County Public Health Department in response to coronavirus (COVID-19).Based on the latest recommendations, we've modified the following programs, events and service deliveries. Please note that this is a fluid situation, and as new information arises, the City may make further adjustments. Reservation of City Facilities

Reservations at the Mountain View Community Center, Mountain View Senior Center, Historic Adobe Building, MVPS, and WSC have been canceled or postponed until further notice. The City will not be accepting new reservations of City facilities for rentals through January 3. Renters should consider alternative plans if a notice of immediate cancellation or facility closures should take place. Please contact RecReservations@MountainView.gov if you have any questions.

 

The Historic Adobe Building, can be recognized by its rustic charm and Spanish architecture and is conveniently located on the cusp of Downtown Mountain View at 157 Moffett Boulevard. This quaint venue is a registered California Historical Landmark and is the perfect place to accommodate all your special occasions. 

Rental Information

Reservations must be made at least ten (10) business days in advance prior to your desired reservation date. Review the Rental Application under Rental Documents and submit your application to recreservations@mountainview.gov

All rentals are subject to additional janitorial and insurance fees. Final fees will be determined by the Facility Reservations Coordinator during your rental application process.

Indoor Amenities: 100 chairs, (10) -5 foot round tables, (10) -8 foot rectangular tables, (4) -3 foot card tables, Wi-Fi,  audio system with wireless microphone, projector screen, and full kitchen.

Outdoor Amenities: 100 white folding chairs, (4) -4 foot round tables, BBQ grill, and designated parking lot with 16 spots.

 Deposit: $500 without alcohol, $1,000 with alcohol
*Mountain View Non-Profits are entitled to a one-time per year discounted rate of $92/hour during peak times.

Off Peak Hours: Monday to Wednesday, all day
Peak Hours: Thursday to Sunday, all day

To view Facility Availability, please visit our Online Registration Website and click on "Facility Details/Availability". Select the Historic Adobe Building to view availability. Please note, although the facility may appear to be available, please confirm with Reservations staff.
