Update on the City of Mountain View's Response to COVID-19

The City continues to follow the guidance of the Santa Clara County Public Health Department in response to coronavirus (COVID-19).Based on the latest recommendations, we've modified the following programs, events and service deliveries. Please note that this is a fluid situation, and as new information arises, the City may make further adjustments. Reservation of City Facilities

Reservations at the Mountain View Community Center, Mountain View Senior Center, Historic Adobe Building, MVPS, WSC, BBQ sites, and General Use Notifications in a Park through Sunday, July 5 have been canceled or postponed. The City will not be accepting new reservations of City facilities for rentals through the end of August. Renters should consider alternative plans if a notice of immediate cancellation or facility closures should take place. Please contact RecReservations@MountainView.gov if you have any questions.

Mountain View Community Center

The Community Center, located at 201 S. Rengstorff Avenue, is conveniently nestled at the north end of Rengstorff Park. The facility is adjacent to a popular playground, the Rengstorff Park Pool, and open park space.

 

Highlights of the Community Center:

  • Banquet hall that can accommodate up to 250 for dining with full catering kitchen and outdoor patio.
  • Multiple conference/multi-purpose rooms, which can accommodate groups up to 65 people.
  • Two auxiliary rooms designed for dance and fitness.
  • Tables, chairs, and A/V equipment included with rentals.
  • Designated parking lot and access to public transportation.

Reservations must be made at least ten (10) business days in advance prior to your desired reservation date. Review the Rental Application under Rental Documents and submit your application to recreservations@mountainview.gov.
