Update on Recreation Programs & Facilities

The City continues to follow the guidance of the Santa Clara County Public Health Department in response to coronavirus (COVID-19). Based on the latest recommendations, we've modified programs, events and service deliveries. Please note that this is a fluid situation, and as new information arises, the City may make further adjustments. The appointment system and program details for lap swim is available online. Visit our lap swim appointment page at www.mountainview.gov/lapswim.
Reservations at the Mountain View Community Center, Mountain View Senior Center, Historic Adobe Building, BBQ sites, and General Use Notifications in a Park have been canceled or postponed until further notice. The City will not be accepting new reservations of City facilities at this time. Renters should consider alternative plans if a notice of immediate cancellation or facility closures should take place. Please contact RecReservations@MountainView.gov if you have any questions.
SPORTS & FITNESS
Santa Clara County is currently under the Purple Tier, sports and fitness activities are allowed per the tier the County is currently in. During this time, all youth sport organizations with a field permit are approved to conduct team practices/training only, while maintaining a continual physical distance of 6ft or more.
