Normal Ticket Office Hours: Wed-Sat from noon – 6 pm and one hour prior to events.

*Please note: Based on information provided by relevant health agencies, and to protect our patrons, our staff and volunteers, and the hundreds of artists that make up our community, Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts is ceasing all operations until further notice. 

Ticket Information

Tickets to events may be purchased in advance, subject to availability. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. There are no refunds unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled. Exchange policies vary and are set by the presenter of each event. A $2 or $3 (depending on event) per ticket Facility Use Fee is included in ticket prices. Other applicable service charges apply depending on method of purchase.

Order in Person
The MVCPA and ticket office are currently closed due to Covid -19.

Order by Phone
Phone orders are not currently being taken as the MVCPA and ticket office are currently closed due to Covid -19.

Order Online
The MVCPA and ticket office are currently closed due to Covid -19. When events at the MVCPA resume, you may purchase tickets online at mvcpa.com 24/7. A credit card is required for these purchases. A $5 order fee as well as per ticket service charges that vary according to ticket price will be applied. Tickets purchased online can be set up for print-at-home or mobile delivery.

Order by Mail or Fax
Mail orders to Ticket Services (P.O. Box 7540, Mountain View, CA 94039-7540) or fax orders to 650-965-1727. There is a $3.00 per ticket service charge for all mail and fax orders. These tickets will be mailed upon request if purchased 14 or more days in advance or held at Will Call. 

Will Call Tickets
Will Call tickets are available at the Ticket Office one hour prior to the performance. Please bring a photo ID to pick up your tickets.

Exchanges, Refunds or Cancellations

Facility Use Fee
There is an additional $2 or $3 (depending on event) per ticket Facility Use Fee for all tickets purchased for performances at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. This fee is in addition to any applicable service charges.

Discounts and Group Tickets 

Group rates are available for many events. Ask the ticket office about availability
