Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts

To protect the health of the community and City employees during the Santa Clara County’s Health Order, The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts is opened for a limited number of ticketed events.

We are also booking outdoor events and free events in ParkStage (in Pioneer Park).

Please check the MVCPA Home Page for information on reopening as it becomes available.

The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts enriches Silicon Valley audiences through enjoyment, celebration and interaction with the arts.

The Center is the vibrant heart of downtown Mountain View, home of world-class theatre, dance, and music along with visual arts exhibits, lectures, and corporate events. Since opening in 1991, millions of patrons have experienced thousands of amazing performances on the Center’s three stages.

We work with more 50 diverse Bay Area performing arts organizations, including the Center’s two acclaimed Home Companies, Tony Award Winning TheatreWorks and Peninsula Youth Theatre. We also have a critically acclaimed SecondStage Home Company, Upstage Theater. With our eclectic range of productions, every season is sure to have something for everyone.

Whether you enjoy theatre, classical ballet or contemporary dance, choral or instrumental music, or music and dance from around the world, you’ll find an amazing array of performing arts at the Center. Lecture series, travel films and family events add to the variety of offerings in this beautiful venue located on the corner of Castro and Mercy streets in lively downtown Mountain View.
