To protect the health of the community and City employees, City Hall will be closed effective March 17, 2020 through May 3, 2020. No Neighborhood Community meetings will occur during this closure. The Neighborhood Networking Dinner has been postponed. The Council Neighborhoods Committee Meeting scheduled for April 30th will be taking place virtually, more information to follow.

The Neighborhoods Division assists the Council Neighborhoods Committee (CNC) with their Neighborhood Meetings and Neighborhood Grant Programs. These popular programs facilitate communication between the City and residents and provide funding for neighborhood events. The Committee’s goal is to promote participation, improve neighborhoods, and support and encourage neighborhood associations. Mountain View has 18 active neighborhood associations and eight of these associations began with financial assistance from the Neighborhood Grant Program.
