Downtown Precise Plan Update

In December 2019, the City Council authorized city staff to update three sub-areas of the Downtown Precise Plan, including A, G, and H. The updates are focused on strengthening the preservation of the existing character of Downtown Mountain View, promote meaningful design by way of objective standards, and promote active and pedestrian oriented ground-floor uses.

The Precise Plan Update process included stakeholder meetings, a historic survey, economic analysis, and series of public meetings with EPC and City Council.
