1696-1758 Villa Street Residential Project

In 2017, Prometheus Real Estate Group submitted an application of a new apartment project located at 1696-1758 Villa Street. The proposed project includes a 226-new apartment units with underground parking garage on a 3.29 Acre site. The project proposal also includes a 0.4 acre Public Park.

  • The project is under review and public hearings are anticipated in Spring 2019

Environmental Review

A Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) has been prepared for this project and is available for public comments now. This document is available for review online, hardcopy at City of Mountain View City Hall, First Floor, 500 Castro Street, CA-94041. An electronic copy of the DEIR is available here.
