In 2017, Prometheus Real Estate Group submitted an application of a new apartment project located at 1696-1758 Villa Street. The proposed project includes a 226-new apartment units with underground parking garage on a 3.29 Acre site. The project proposal also includes a 0.4 acre Public Park.
The following are preliminary plans submitted for review by the City and are subject to change as the project proceeds through the development review process:

A Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the project was circulated for a 45-day public review with a comment period ending on January 4, 2019.
