As Lead Agency, the City of Mountain View will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). A Notice of Preparation was released to gather input on the scope and content of the environmental information to be addressed in the EIR, for which responses were received by October 15, 2018. The Notice of Availability of the Public Draft EIR was circulated online for public comment and review for 45 days until November 12, 2019. The City has prepared a Final EIR with responses to comments, which can be viewed online.
