In June 2017, Sares Regis submitted an application requesting a General Plan Map Amendment from General Industrial to Mixed-Used Center, a Zoning Map Amendment from ML (Limited Industrial) and MM (General Industrial) Districts to a P (Planned Community) District, and a Planned Community Permit, Development Review Permit, and Heritage Tree Removal Permit on a 7.81-acre site to construct:
The project is located on the northeast corner of North Shoreline Boulevard and Terra Bella Avenue in the ML (Limited Industrial) and MM (General Industrial) districts.
On June 30, 2020, City Council approved the project and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) at a public hearing. See Staff Report, Plans, and Materials.
