Purchase Downtown Parking Permits
Parking permits are available for businesses, their employees, and residents located with the Downtown Parking District, for purchase on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. Parking permit holders may park up to eight hours per day in designated downtown lots and parking structures (not on-street parking).
Please bring completed applications linked below into the Finance and Administrative Services Department located in City Hall at 500 Castro Street, Second Floor. Permits may be purchased in person Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Payment for parking permits can be done by check, cash, or Mastercard or VISA.
Grace Period – January 1-15, 2023. Permit holders must continue to show 2022 permits during the grace period. Beginning January 16, 2023, the 2023 permits will be the only permits valid.

Eligibility - To be eligible for a permit, permit holders must work or live within the Parking District. Following is a list of street numbers and streets that are within the district.
