Library Board of Trustees

image of a gavelThe City of Mountain View Library Board of Trustees advises the City Council and staff on Library matters. The Board consists of five members.  

The general functions of the Library Board include:

  • Adopt rules and regulations necessary for the administration and protection of the Library
  • Assist in the planning of Library services for the community
  • Accept money, personal property or real estate donated to the Library


The Library Board regularly meets on the 3rd Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Program Room in the Library.
