Development Review Committee

Meetings
The Development Review Committee (DRC) is chaired by the Deputy Zoning Administrator and two professional consulting architects. The duties and responsibilities of the DRC are to review the architecture and site design of new development and improvements and provide applicants with appropriate design comments. The Community Development Department's Planning Division supports the DRC.

The DRC usually meets the first and third Wednesday of every month at 2:00 p.m. in the:

Meeting dates and location are subject to change.

During the City Hall closure, DRC meetings are occurring via Zoom video conference with no physical meeting location. Instructions on viewing and/or providing public comment during the DRC video conference meetings are available on the posted agenda for the meeting date.
