The Development Review Committee (DRC) is chaired by the Deputy Zoning Administrator who is assisted by two professional consulting architects. The duties and responsibilities of the DRC are to review the architecture and site design of new development and improvements and provide applicants with appropriate design comments. The DRC usually meets the first and third Wednesday of every month at 2:00pm in the:
