On May 26,
2014 at 1:40AM officers responded to an in-progress burglary at 2490 Old
Middlefield Road, which is the location of the CalMoto BMW Motorcycle Dealership. One suspect,
35-year-old Medardo Rivas Aguirre out of Mountain View and Sunnyvale, was
arrested at the store while the second suspect, 20-year-0ld William
Rivas Aguirre out of Santa Clara, was found and arrested in a nearby
neighborhood. Through an extensive investigation, our Crime Suppression
Unit developed a lead on another suspect identified as 44-year-old
Miguel Paz out of Mountain View. A search warrant was issued for the Paz
residence, which led to his arrest after stolen property was recovered
from his home.
We are looking for help reuniting the items from Paz’s residence
with their rightful owners. A list of items and photographs can be found on

Some of the items taken from the burglary have not been
recovered. These items are BMW specific clothing and gear ranging from watches
to gloves to leather jackets and helmets. If you see these items, or have
