Tech lovers, job seekers and innovators can all geek out at Mountain View’s two-day tech event
Mountain View, Calif. — Following a one-year absence due to the pandemic, the Technology Showcase is back and going virtual this year. Presented by the City of Mountain View and the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce, the two-day event on July 20 and 21 highlights the diversity among our technology community and the newest ideas created in our own backyard. The 6th annual Technology Showcase is also free for attendees.
Sessions will include a panel discussion on autonomous vehicles featuring three global leaders based in Mountain View; how to leverage your LinkedIn profile to help you get a job; casualties of a cashless society and the pivot to digital tipping technology; how high school robotics are changing learning and impacting businesses; and the latest in 3-D printing. Attendees can also experience product demos and live Q&A from companies showing their newest innovations; local tech company meetups; librarians giving tips about new tech tools; an interactive workshop on preparing for a technical job interview; and much more. In addition, there will be fun and engaging activities between sessions, such as a comedy break and a fitness break.
The Technology Showcase is taking place virtually:
