6:00 p.m. June 18, 2026, Update #2: At this time, the Mountain View Transportation Management Association (MTMA) anticipates Mountain View Community Shuttle and MVgo shuttle services being suspended through at least next Wednesday, June 24.

According to MTMA, Uber vouchers will continue to be provided for riders due to the service disruption. MTMA representatives said they are exploring options for temporary shuttle service if its current operator, WeDriveU, is unable to have its state certification restored.

10:00 a.m. June 18, 2026, Update: As of Thursday, June 18, Mountain View Community Shuttle and MVgo shuttle services are temporarily suspended.

The Mountain View Transportation Management Association (MTMA) runs both free shuttle services serving Mountain View. An Uber voucher is being provided to riders to assist them during this service interruption.

According to MTMA, services are suspended due to the expiration of the shuttle operator’s California Public Utilities Commission license. The City of Mountain View has been informed that the shuttle operator, WeDriveU, operates statewide for private and public agencies.
