The City has launched a new feature to enable citizens to quickly and easily email staff with questions, concerns and compliments 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week on-line via the website. The City’s recently launched Ask Mountain View system provides a list of topic area designations, so that questions can be routed to the correct City department and staff member, helping to ensure a speedy reply during regular business hours. A new feature has been made available as of May 25, 2010. Now citizens can use their iPhones to point, click, and submit their feedback on issues, in real-time while out in the community. Requests and feedback will be routed directly into the Ask Mountain View system and users can check the updated status on their requests anytime, anywhere.
