On February 3, 2015, the City Council directed city staff to amend the North Bayshore Precise Plan to include residential land uses. This process is anticipated to take approximately 2 years and will include opportunities for public participation. This Precise Plan update comes after the adoption of the North Bayshore Precise Plan in November 2014 and completion of the Bonus FAR application review in May 2015.
The North Bayshore Precise Plan Public Draft is now available.
The Public Draft will be discussed by the EPC and City Council at meetings in November. The public is encouraged to attend these meetings and provide comments on the Public Draft. No formal action will be taken at these meetings.
The next steps in this process includes preparation of the North Bayshore Precise Plan EIR. The Precise Plan and EIR will then be considered for adoption by the EPC and Council in early Summer 2017.
The Public Draft is tentatively scheduled to be discussed at the following study sessions.
