Final Draft North Bayshore Affordable Housing Administrative Guidelines

The Final Draft North Bayshore Affordable Housing Administrative Guidelines is available for public comment.  These Guidelines accompany the North Bayshore Precise Plan to facilitate implementation of the Precise Plan’s affordable housing goals and objectives.  The EPC will review and provide a recommendation to the City Council on the Guidelines on November 15, 2017, followed by Council consideration at the December 12, 2017 City Council meeting. Please send comments regarding the Guidelines to neighborhoods@mountainview.gov 

Public Meetings

This project is scheduled to be discussed at the following public meetings:

  • Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) Public Hearing on November 15, 2017 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Mountain View City Hall, 500 Castro Street. Meeting agenda and report to be posted online by 5 p.m. the Friday prior to the meeting.      
  • City Council Public Hearing on December 12, 2017 at a time and location yet to be determined. Meeting agenda and report to be posted online by 5 p.m. the Thursday prior to the meeting.
