On February 3, 2015, the City Council directed city staff to amend the North Bayshore Precise Plan to include residential land uses. This process is anticipated to take approximately 2 years and will include opportunities for public participation. This Precise Plan update comes after the adoption of the North Bayshore Precise Plan in November 2014 and completion of the Bonus FAR application review in May 2015.
The North Bayshore Precise Plan Public Draft is available.
The Public Draft was discussed by the EPC and City Council at meetings in November 2016. No formal action was taken at these meetings.
The next steps in this process includes release of the North Bayshore Precise Plan Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR). The Precise Plan and EIR are anticipated to be considered for adoption by the City Council in Summer 2017.
This project is tentatively scheduled to be discussed at the following study sessions.
