Consolidated Plan (2005-2010)
The City of Mountain View has completed the 2005-2010 Consolidated Plan, which outlines the needs of the community's low income population and provides a five-year plan of how the City's Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program funds will be used to address the identified needs. Preparation and adoption of a Consolidated Plan is required in order for the City to continue receiving CDBG and HOME funds.
Action Plans
One year plan which describes the programs, projects and activities to be undertaken to address the Consolidated Plan goals and objectives. An executive summary of the most recent Action Plan is on the City's web site. Action Plans are available for Fiscal Years 1995-2008.
Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
Annual report which describes the City's low-income housing and community development activities carried out during the fiscal year to address the Consolidated Plan needs. CAPERs are available for Fiscal Years 1995-2007.
The Citizen Participation Plan
Outlines the process for citizen involvement in the preparation of the Consolidated Plan and the holding of public hearings involving the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs.

Semi-Annual Labor Standards Enforcement Reports for the Past Five Fiscal Years
