Be sure to have two copies of your Soil’s Report (wet-signed) when submitting for your project.

Fire Sprinklers are required in structures where the roof area is 3,600 square feet or larger. This would include new structures, residential buildings and existing building that may change to a more intensified use. MVCC Sec 14.3.4, Chapter 9, Sec. 903.2.
