The Historic Adobe Building
157 Moffett Boulevard

The restored Adobe Building, located at 157 Moffett Boulevard, maintains its rustic charm while offering modern conveniences to make any event one to remember. It is available for a variety of events ranging from weddings to corporate meetings and boasts the following amenities.

  • Modern catering kitchen, office, and great room that can accommodate 100 for indoor dining
  • Restored great room with original high open-trusses, hand-hewn lumber and wrought iron detail
  • Complimenting outdoor garden with fountain

  • Historic Adobe Building Rental Fee Schedule
    The Historic Adobe Building has a maximum capacity of 100. There are 100 chairs, ten (10) -60" round tables and 4-8' long tables available.There is an in house audio system with 5 disc CD changer & microphone, a full kitchen and a 5 burner outdoor BBQ in the garden area.

  • *Nonprofit-Nonprofit organization whose service area includes Mountain View or is a Mountain View-based community group.
  • **Fundraising-Must be conducted by a Mountain View based nonprofit organization and meet specific criteria (1 time a year). Please call 650-903-6407 for more information on the specific criteria.
  • All rentals require a cleaning/damage deposit and a certificate of insurance.
  • Mountain View based non-profit and community groups qualify for a discounted rental rate.

You may purchase insurance from the City of Mountain View or add the City of Mountain View to your personal or organizations insurance, specific requirements by the City's Risk Manager must be met.

Cancellation Policy-
Cancellations made 6 months prior to the date of the event date will receive a full refund from the deposit
minus 10% of the initial rental fee plus a $10.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 3 months prior to the date of the event date will receive a full refund from the deposit
minus 25% of the initial rental fee plus a $10.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 1 month prior to the date of the event date will receive a full refund from the deposit
minus 50% of the initial rental fee plus a $10.00 processing fee.

Cash and check payments will be refunded by a City issued check and mailed to the applicant within 30 days
of cancellation. Credit card payments will be refunded back to the credit card used to secure the renta

Reservations must be made at least 10 business days prior to your event. All private rentals require a cleaning/damage deposit and a certificate of insurance.
