Applications for athletic field rental are accepted two times a year for priority consideration. Application dealines are on December 31st for use March through July and on June 30th for use August through December.
Applications will be accepted year round and must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date(s). These applications will not be considered for priority assignments if submitted after the deadline. All completed applications should be sent to

Two times per year, generally in the months of February and July the City will hold a meeting for Field User Groups who regularly use the City's athletic fields. A representative from each organization, typically the organization's president and/or field coordinator, is required to attend.
Mountain View residents and businesses interested in field reservations or the Field User Group meetings should call (650) 903-6412. These reservations are for those who are not participating in the division's adult leagues but wish to use City fields from April through August for softball.
